How to Report an Infringement

How We Respond
Upon receiving a valid claim, we will promptly investigate, remove or restrict access to the infringing material, and notify the relevant parties. We will also allow for counter-notices where appropriate.
Policy on Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account that repeatedly infringes upon intellectual property rights. This decision will be made at our sole discretion.
A Serious Warning
Knowingly filing a false or fraudulent infringement notice is a serious offense. This may subject you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, under U.S. law.
