Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment is accepted, during our business hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (EST) (Mon – Fri) (Monday - Friday).

Our daily Cut-off Time is 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also use our Order Tracking page.

Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking information to become active.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before ordering. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses or packages lost due to redirection.

Orders returned due to address errors may incur re-shipping fees.

Custom Orders

Orders that require personalization or custom modifications may require additional processing time. The timeline will vary depending on the complexity of the customization.

Shipping Limitations

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to places like: Alaska , Hawaii , Puerto Rico , Guam , U.S. Virgin Islands , APO/FPO addresses , International destinations .

Our Time Off (Holidays)

Our team takes a break on U.S. federal holidays. No processing or shipping occurs on these days:
